Topic:“Building Your Bounce: Strategies to Support Adult Resilience”
The quality of service that adults provide to children and families is directly impacted by the manner in which
they care for themselves. This workshop is designed to explore the importance of taking care of and promoting
the social and emotional health of the caregiver. Participants will also learn specific, simple, and inexpensive
strategies to reduce stress and promote the adult’s social and emotional health.

Early Childhood Director's are invited to join this networking group to earn professional development credits and discuss current topics relevant in the early chilhdood field.
Professional Enrichment Program (PEP) meetings are a community collaboration between BCC Teacher Education, BAEYC, Family Enrichment Network, Mothers and Babies Perinatal Network, BOCES, and the Southern Tier Independance Center. These workshops are free to all BAEYC members and just $5.00 for non-members. All workshops also meet OCFS professional development requirements.
