Professional Enrichment Program (PEP) meetings are a community collaboration between SUNY Broome Teacher Education, BAEYC, Family Enrichment Network, Mothers and Babies Perinatal Network, BOCES, and the Southern Tier Independance Center. These workshops are free to all BAEYC members and just $5.00 for non-members. All workshops also meet OCFS professional development requirements.

FLIP-IT: Transforming Challenging Behavior
The FLIP-IT workshop teaches how to respond positively to everyday challenges andchallenging behaviors in children ages 3-8. The strategies consists of four supportive steps to help young children
FLIP-IT is based on the award-winning book by Rachel Sperry from the Devereaux Center for Resilient Children.
Trainer: Leslie Vermaat, MA, LMHC, from Family Enrichment Network is a Devereaux recognized FLIP IT trainer.
When: Tuesday, February 23, 2016 from 6-8PM
Where: Souther Tiern Independence Center, 135 East Frederick Street, Binghamton
Cost: $5, payable at the door or Free for BAEYC Members and SUNY Broome Students
